The EcoCabins MyHome 30 consists of a compact, wooden prefabricated module of 60m2 but consists of two cleverly designed studios of 30m2. The home is designed for inner-city construction projects because the modules are stackable. Also, you can make combinations with the available modules. By combining the modules you can build homes of 30m2,60m2, 90m2 and 120m2.
The large windows with writing doors at the front and rear of the home give it a tremendous spacious feel. As a "stand alone" it can also be beautifully placed for rental of two apartments.
The MyHome modules are fully equipped and can be delivered in accordance with the Building Code for both recreational and permanent occupancy. EcoCabins builds robust wooden homes that are energy efficient and affordable.

Turn Key Delivery
All EcoCabins compact homes are delivered plug and play. These MyHome stackable modules are prefabricated and completely finished and transported by truck to the location. On location this wooden house is placed on the foundation by means of a crane. The foundation consists of stelcon plates or screw piles.
Materials Exterior
The exterior is made of Siberian larch wood with integrated rainwater drainage. Regarding the color of the exterior can be chosen from different RAL colors or wood oils.
Interior finishing
The home comes standard with:
- Triple glass (A+++)
- Electric floor heating
- Aluminum window frames
- Kitchen + appliances (induction cooktop, refrigerator, combi oven)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
- Laundry room with washing machine connection

Timeline
The MyHome 30 studios have a production time of 20-25 weeks.
Shipping
Transportation of the two MyHome 30 studios will take place by truck. Given the width of 5 meters, it is important that the location is accessible with a large truck. By means of a crane, the home is placed from the truck on the foundation.
