The Tiny Villa 60 LXRY Edition is a fully-fledged and entirely wooden-built house with a living space of 60m2 that complies with the Dutch Building Decree for Permanent residence. But there is also an increasing interest in this home as an informal care home, practice or office.
Because the veranda has been added to the house as living space, it makes the house more luxurious. This is also the difference between the Regular and LXRY edition.
This excellently insulated, energy-efficient home will be delivered Turn Key, with floor heating, bathroom with walk-in shower and kitchen with appliances. Outdoor living is important in EcoCabins philosophy. Inside is outside because these compact prefab homes are equipped with large windows. A great view out, lots of light in.

Turn Key delivery
All the compact homes of EcoCabins are supplied with a plug & play philosophy. The houses are completely prefabricated and transported finished completely towards the location of choice. On location, the wooden houses are placed on the foundation by means of crane. The foundation usually consists of Stelcon plates or screw piles.
Materials Exterior
The exterior is made of Siberian larch wood with integrated rainwater drainage and solar panels (optional). With regard to the color of the outside, you can choose from various RAL colors or wood oils.
Interior finish
Our houses are delivered with standards like:
– Triple glass (A+++)
– Eletric floor heating
– Kitchen + appliances (induction hub, fridge, microwave)
– Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
