The EcoCabins Tiny House 60 with veranda is a compact, wooden prefab house of 50m2 with a covered LED-lit outdoor area of approximately 10m2. This allows you to sit outside and enjoy nature even in less comfortable weather. You can choose the Tiny House 60 with or without a front porch.
This full-sized home is fully equipped and can be delivered for permanent occupancy in accordance with the Building Code if desired. EcoCabins builds sturdy log homes that are energy efficient and affordable.

Turn Key Delivery
All EcoCabins compact homes are delivered plug and play. These Tiny Houses are prefabricated and completely finished and transported to the site by truck. On location, this wooden house is placed on the foundation by means of a crane. The foundation consists of stelcon plates or screw piles.
Materials Exterior
The exterior is made of Siberian larch wood with integrated rainwater drainage. Regarding the color of the exterior can be chosen from different RAL colors or wood oils.
Interior finishing
The home comes standard with:
- Triple glass (A+++)
- Electric floor heating
- Kitchen + appliances (induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
- Washing machine connection at place of choice

The Tiny Villa 60 with porch has a production time of 16-20 weeks.
Shipping
Transportation of the Tiny House 60 with porch will take place by truck. Given the width of 5 meters, it is important that the location is accessible with a large truck. Using a crane, the house will be placed from the truck onto the foundation.
