Turn Key Delivery
All EcoCabins compact homes are delivered plug and play. The home is completely prefabricated and completely finished and transported to the site by truck. On location, this wooden house is placed on the foundation by means of a crane. The foundation consists of stelcon plates or screw piles.

The exterior is made of Siberian larch wood with integrated rainwater drainage and solar panels. Regarding the color of the exterior can be chosen from different RAL colors or wood oils.

Transportation of the Tiny Villa 60 will take place by truck. Given the width of 5 meters, it is important that the location is accessible with a large truck. A crane will be used to place the house from the truck onto the foundation.
