The EcoCabins MyHome 30m2 consists of one compact, wooden prefab module of 60m2, but houses two smartly furnished studios. The house has been developed for inner-city construction projects because the modules are stackable. You can also make combinations with the available modules. By combining the modules you can build homes of 30m2, 60m2, 90m2 and 120m2. The large windows with sliding doors at the front and rear of the house creates an enormous spacious feeling.
As a ‘standalone’ the modules can be beautifully used for the rental of two apartments. The MyHome modules are fully equipped and can be supplied for both recreational and permanent residence in accordance with Dutch Building Decree. Adjustments can be made to fit the regulations of Building Decree in your country.

Turn Key delivery
All the compact homes of EcoCabins are supplied with a plug & play philosophy. These stackable modules form houses which are completely prefabricated and transported finished completely towards the location of choice. On location, the wooden houses are placed on the foundation by means of crane. The foundation usually consists of Stelcon plates or screw piles.
Materials Exterior
The exterior is made of Siberian larch wood with integrated rainwater drainage and solar panels (optional). With regard to the color of the outside, you can choose from various RAL colors or wood oils.
Interior finish
Our houses are delivered with standards like:
- Triple glass (A+++)
- Electric floor heating
- Aluminium frames
- Kitchen + appliances (induction hob, fridge, combi-oven)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
- Washing machine connection at a location of choice
- Dishwasher

De EcoCabins MyHome 30 has a production time of 20-25 weeks.
Dispatch
The MyHome 30 is transported by truck. The width of 5 meters makes the accessibility of the truck important on the location of choice. The house is placed from the truck on the foundation by crane.
